YouTube Live
and Subscriptions
YouTube Live hasn't been as successful as it could be so this is my proposed edit for it. I also wanted to change how subscriptions are displayed.

Home Page
I added a "Live Now" row on top of the home page. This will show current live streams based on the users current subscriptions. I also noticed that one YouTube's current Live Now section they have a "Play all" button which doesn't make any sense for live streams so I removed it.
Live
If you click to "SEE ALL" live streams then you will be taken to this page. This page shows all the current top categories so users can see what's popular at that time. The rest of the page has current streams based on the users subscriptions and then recommended streams based on the users viewing analytics.
Subscriptions
With how YouTube is now there's no organized way to view your subscriptions. I've created a dedicated page for viewing subscriptions in a clear and concise way so that users can easily see all their subscribed channels in one place. There's also a button to sort the channels by popularity (subscription counts), alphabetically, and by recent uploads.
